Mystery City Games are outdoor escape games.

It’s a bit like the Da Vinci Code – it’s about using clues hidden in the architecture of the city to solve a mystery. You can play competitively, but you can also relax and go your own pace, enjoying shops or cafés along the way.

  • You will meet the Game Master at our Secret Headquarters in front of the Ha’Penny Bridge to pick up a backpack containing all of the materials that you need to play: treasure maps, detective tools, and of course the case files.
  • Follow the treasure map and solve puzzles as you walk through Dublin’s city center discovering must-see city sites and monuments such as the Dublin Castle, O’Connell bridge, Molly Malone, and much more! You will also discover hidden monuments and less-visited places along the route.
  • Collect clues, eliminate suspects, and solve a mystery while exploring Dublin with your friends or family on a holiday, bachelorette party, or weekend out. Even those who have lived in Dublin their whole lives will find something new!

The Irish Crown Jewels have gone missing. Inspector John Kane claims that he knows what happened to them, but his report was suppressed. He has sent you his notes to try to figure it out!

  • The Clockwork Door

    Meet the Game Master and pick up a backpack with all of the materials that you need to play the game.

  • O'Connell Bridge

    Chase down suspects footprints in a hidden monument near this historic bridge.

  • Molly Malone

    Molly's got some interesting information about the case. Solve her puzzle to get the next clue.

  • Temple Bar

    Find iconic Dublin pubs in this part of the game. It's also a great opportunity to stop for a drink!

  • Garda Station

    Head to the Police Station and use your detective tools to solve the next part of the case.

  • Dublin Castle

    The final clues lie at the Dublin Castle, where the walls have secrets. After this you will have all the pieces you need to solve the case!
